Shift Who You Follow
Last Sunday we quoted the scripture “Be very careful, then, how you live...”
Today, we are cautioned to be very careful who we follow!
The only one worthy of our emulation and imitation is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
That is exactly God’s will for us, that we should bear the image and likeness of His Son. (Rom. 8:29)
Jesus mandated that we deny self, take up our cross and follow Him! (Lk. 9:23)
Who you are following is of eternal importance.
