Trauma of Losing Integrity
As I read scripture I always ask, “Why did God put this here?”
Acts 1-6 is there by no accident or coincidence!
God knew that if His Church was to have power and be effective it would have to have integrity! For His people to be credible witnesses they would have to have integrity!
Integrity is when your actions back up your words and your words are congruent with your actions.
The old system of Temple Priests, Pharisees, Sadducees and Scribes was full of hypocrites and phonies.
God, in filling us with the Holy Spirit, set up a whole new standard. God wants His people to be full of integrity!
